The predicted salary is between 22000 - 26000 £ per year.
You will be based in our office in Bridgwater Mon‑Fri 9am‑5pm, allowing you to learn our systems and ways of working. If you are successful at the application stage we’ll invite you to a 15‑minute phone interview, the next step after that will be a face‑to‑face interview process. You’ll be the voice of Toolstation, making a fantastic first impression and going above and beyond to make our customers happy. This isn’t your average call centre role – there’s no script to follow, so it’s more about asking the right questions and finding answers quickly and efficiently. If they’re not happy, it’ll be up to you to get things back on track!
Day‑to‑day
- Delivering great service – providing a great customer experience with a smile on your face (or voice!), no matter how busy you are. You’ll be answering inbound calls promptly and professionally as well as responding to customers via webchat.
- Asking questions and building relationships – reading conversations quickly and effectively, making sure our customers leave the call happy and with everything they need for the job by providing accurate information and the right guidance.
- Being resilient – effectively handling call after call from general enquiries to customer complaints, you need to be ready to deal with it all.
- Collaboration – working with other team members and departments to ensure we achieve our customer‑first goals.
What You'll Bring

- Problem‑solving skills – read conversations quickly and manage them effectively using good judgement, the ability to solve problems, good time management and organisational skills.
