We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our store operates from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
Responsibilities
- Handle deliveries, unpack stock, maintain the store clean, and prepare orders.
- Support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience; supervise team members as needed.
- Provide outstanding service to customers, efficiently managing busy times.
- Ask the right questions to uncover customers’ project needs.
- Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts, signing customers up to enjoy great deals and competitive prices.
- Open and close the store, assign daily tasks, and provide short-term supervisory cover.
