BSS Belfast is recruiting for an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in exceeding sales and profit targets and coordinating all aspects of branch operations – from administration, stock management, transport to customer service. The role focuses on driving sales, providing product solutions, championing a strong safety culture and leading first‑class safety standards across the branch.

Responsibilities
  • Drive daily sales activity to reach targets and boost branch profitability.
  • Ensure smooth and efficient branch operations, including fleet management, tool hire department, and integrated Benchmarx showroom.
  • Drive standards across the branch and create strong customer relationships.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop team members to achieve high performance.
