Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Manage incoming communications, including calls, emails, shared inboxes, and enquiries, and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate records and support administrative processes such as holiday requests, reports, and document control.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including meeting room bookings, travel arrangements, inductions, and office supplies.
  • Assist with document preparation, including printing, scanning, formatting, and obtaining signatures.
  • Support basic system administration and data management tasks as required.
  • Organise and coordinate general office requirements such as lunch orders and parking permits.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post and assist with general office coordination tasks.
  • Provide flexible support across the team, responding to ad-hoc administrative requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications / Experience

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
