Clients include asset managers across various asset classes, listed and private companies, financial institutions, and other enterprises involved in UK and cross-border transactions and disputes. Our Finance team includes six sub-practices: Leveraged Finance, Infrastructure Finance, Restructuring and Insolvency, Real Estate Finance, Structured and Specialty Finance, and Fund Finance. We seek to recruit a 3-6PQE Associate into our Structured and Specialty Finance group. We advise on financing pools of loans and receivables through various techniques, including securitisation, forward flow, covered loans, portfolio sale, and risk retention, across all asset classes. The ideal candidate would have some securitisation experience. This role offers exposure to Fund Finance work, although previous experience is not required.
