Travelzoo is seeking a Head of Sales, Travel, UK to join our team in London. The Head of Sales, Travel, UK will be responsible for overseeing all travel sales activities across the UK market and leading a team of four Sales Managers, ensuring consistent performance against targets while supporting the overall commercial strategy. The position will interact closely with and report directly to the General Manager, UK.

- A professional with at least 8-10 years of relevant sales experience within the travel industry, ideally within media, advertising or digital publishing
- Experienced in sales leadership, team development and performance management
- Highly familiar with online CRM tools such as Salesforce to organize sales activities, reporting and forecasting
- Excellent in planning, developing, and executing online sales strategies
- Knowledgeable of the online travel, subscription or media publishing industry
- An outstanding organizational and interpersonal communicator with particular emphasis on presentation, sales expertise, and negotiation techniques
- A high-performance thinker with a strong work ethic and a true hands-on approach
- Confident and effective in building relationships with senior stakeholders across the travel industry
- An analytical thinker with strong commercial acumen
- Able to achieve results while working independently and collaboratively
