Traveltrust is expanding – and we're looking for a hungry, curious and motivated Business Development Manager to help grow our UK client base. You'll be part of a global team, working closely with our Managing Director and the UK team, reaching out to growing businesses who need a better way to manage corporate travel.
This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of B2B sales experience who wants to step up, stretch into full-cycle deals, and grow with a business that's going places.
Responsibilities- Finding and engaging new business opportunities
- Running outreach via email, phone and LinkedIn
- Leading your own client meetings
- Working closely with a supportive global team
- Attending team days and client meetings in London as needed
- B2B sales experience (ideally 1–3 years)
- Confidence, curiosity and a proactive mindset
- Based in the UK, with flexibility to travel into London monthly and ad-hoc for client meetings
- Bonus points if you've worked in travel - but not required
