We don’t just want a graphic designer. We want ideas.

TravelTime is a fast-moving B2B tech company of about 30 people, with our head office in Camden, London.

We build location technology for household names, including Rightmove, BT Group, Reed, CBRE, The Financial Times, and many more.

We are building a high-performance B2B product that is disrupting the location intelligence space, competing with industry leaders like Google Maps and Mapbox. Now, we want to build a brand that’s as bold as our product.

We’re looking for a creative who’ll bring their own ideas to the table and help shape how the world sees us. We care more about working with someone who wants to try new things, test ideas, and learn from results, rather than following a strict playbook. You don’t need years of experience or a big-agency CV – the way you think and your approach to work is what really matters to us.

What you’ll do

  • Come up with bold ideas for our brand, campaigns and content, then help bring them to life.
  • Own and evolve our visual identity and keep it consistent as it grows.
  • Turn complex, intangible technology into memorable visuals and stories.
  • Test concepts quickly, look at what lands, and drop what doesn’t.
  • Work closely with our marketing, product and front-end teams, getting involved in conversations, not just deliverables.
  • Create whatever the idea needs, for example: website and product visuals, social, digital ads, and campaign assets, sales collateral, data visualisations, motion or short video, if that’s your thing.

Who you are

  • A creative all-rounder. You grasp concepts fast and love learning, including about technical products.
  • You’re open to using AI agents and learning about tools to make ideas come to life quicker.
  • You’re happy to test ideas, even if some don’t work out.
  • You’re curious about what works, not just what looks good.
  • You’re comfortable in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • You communicate clearly in English.
  • You don’t need years of experience or a big-agency CV. We care more about how you think than how long you’ve been doing it.

The practical bits

  • Freelance to start, while we figure out what works for both sides, with real potential to become full time and/or long-term.
  • 3 days a week, with some flexibility.
  • 2 of those days in our London office, right by buzzing Camden Market. London should be your natural base.
