The Role
You\’ll manage multiple customer projects end-to-end, working across engineering, product, and commercial teams to deliver travel technology integrations and implementations. This is hands-on project delivery with direct customer engagement—you\’ll own the plan, manage the risks, and drive projects across the finish line.
What you\’ll be doing
- Leading multiple concurrent customer projects from kickoff to go-live
- Managing customer relationships and acting as their primary Traveltek contact during delivery
- Building and maintaining project plans, tracking milestones, managing RAID logs
- Collaborating with engineering and product teams to sequence work and resolve blockers
- Reporting on project health: progress, financials, risks, and releases
- Contributing to process improvements as we mature our agile delivery framework
Typical projects: Supplier API integrations, booking system implementations, multi-party travel platform configurations
What we\’re looking for
Essential:
- Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects in a client-facing environment
- Strong stakeholder management—you can build trust with customers and internal teams
- Organised and pragmatic: you know when to follow process and when to adapt
- Problem-solver who can think critically, identify risks early, and pull in the right people
- Clear communicator (written and verbal)—you can explain complex technical work to non-technical audiences
Nice to have:
- Travel or technology sector experience
- Jira or similar project management tools
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, SaaS delivery models, or the Traveltek platform
