What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you’ll be acting as a trusted partner and subject matter expert in hiring for our Builders teams. This will be a major focus on hiring within Engineering and sometimes other areas such as Product, Design, Data.
You’ll join a team based across Europe, working within a team to hit ambitious hiring targets across 2025.
What you’ll do:
- Hire exceptional talent that raises our bar across tech verticals with a strong focus on software engineering – software engineers, engineering managers, devops, mobile.
- Proactively sourcing and engaging exceptional engineering and product talent through direct sourcing, building robust referral networks, and fostering deep candidate pipelines.
- Collaborating closely with engineering hiring managers and stakeholders to deeply understand the needs of our tech teams and provide strategic guidance on hiring.
- Boost our Employer Brand – host meet-ups, attend events, create blogs and videos to help attract great talent, particularly within the Barcelona tech market.
- Use data and analytics to identify process improvements, and share stakeholder updates on a regular basis.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong sourcing skills – knowing what it takes to get great talent in at the top of the pipeline
- Someone who enjoys hitting monthly/quarterly ambitious targets
- Experience owning end-to-end recruitment processes, ideally for Engineering roles, and Product/Design a big plus
- A deep understanding of the tech talent landscape across in Barcelona and ideally others in Europe
- Comfort with context-switching, and being able to pick up roles outside your comfort zone
- Growth mindset using metrics and insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and decisions.

Our Vision is for a world where TravelPerk is the platform for human connection in real life (IRL). We take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in person 3 days a week. For roles in Customer Care, this can be up to 5 days per week in the office. As such, this role requires you to be within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, and creativity, ultimately making us a great workplace.
