The Technical Consultant is responsible for the hands-on technical delivery, configuration, and support of Finance Systems solutions, with a primary focus on Dynamics and associated downstream systems. This role plays a critical part in delivering product roadmap enhancements, resolving defects, and ensuring Finance Systems operate reliably and efficiently. The Technical Consultant works closely with Product Managers, the Technical Lead, System Administrators, and vendors to implement high-quality solutions that support automation, financial control, and scalable global operations.
The role combines deep technical expertise with strong problem-solving capability, operating at the intersection of product delivery and system support.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in hands-on technical roles delivering and supporting enterprise finance or ERP systems.
- Strong preference for those that have extensive experience with Dynamics 365.
- Experience working in highly integrated, transaction-heavy environments.
- Background in finance, invoicing, payments, or back-office systems is highly desirable.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments.
- Experience in corporate travel, TMC, or complex service organisations is a strong advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a degree in technology, finance or a related field.
