Role Summary
Contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategy, supporting the planning and execution of strategic projects in partnership with cross‑functional teams. Operates largely independently, taking ownership for defined workstreams and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Articulate business issues impacting the team and help develop the rationale for addressing them (e.g., impact on customer satisfaction scores or team revenues).
- Assist in the identification and analysis (e.g., cost/benefit, risk) of potential solutions to address business needs.
