As a Senior Product Manager for HCP (Healthcare Professional) Travel, you will be the driving force behind a critical, highly regulated vertical of our business. This isn't just about booking travel; it’s about architecting a seamless, compliant, and world‑class experience for medical professionals. You will be the end‑to‑end owner of this space, functioning as the bridge between complex business requirements and scalable engineering solutions. You aren't just managing a backlog; you are building a business within a business. We expect you to challenge the status quo, simplify the complex, and deliver a product that sets the industry standard for HCP travel. If you thrive on high accountability, technical complexity, and global collaboration, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Become the Resident Expert: Work hand‑in‑hand with HCP business owners to deeply understand the nuances of healthcare travel. You will be the primary authority on all HCP‑specific requirements, from regulatory constraints to user preferences.
- Own the Lifecycle: Lead the end‑to‑end HCP travel journey, including booking, servicing, administration, compliant reporting, and internal support tooling.
- Solve Systemic Architecture: Identify and resolve deep‑seeded architectural challenges. You won't just build features; you will ensure the underlying systems are robust enough to support the unique needs of the HCP sector.
- Drive Vision & Execution: Contribute to and communicate a clear product vision. You will iterate at a rapid pace to meet the demands of an expanding global customer base.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership: Collaborate daily with your Product, Design, Engineering, and Go‑To‑Market teams to move products from ideation through to launch.
- Data‑Driven Accountability: Set meaningful KPIs and rigorously measure your team’s success. You use data to navigate ambiguity and provide clear, thoughtful documentation for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Ownership Mindset: You take full accountability for your space. You are a self‑driver who dives deep into complex problems and takes pride in "owning it" from start to finish.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of Product Management experience at a software company, specifically working on user‑facing applications with high backend complexity.
- Technical Fluency: Ability to grasp complex engineering intricacies and simplify them for others. You understand technical dependencies and can speak the language of your engineering counterparts.
- Stakeholder Obsession: You are a relationship builder who anticipates the needs of internal subject‑matter experts and external customers alike.
- Domain Expertise: Experience in corporate travel or finance tools, marketplaces, payments, procure‑to‑pay, or highly regulated industries is a major plus.
- Global Mobility: Travel to our offices in San Francisco and Berlin is required to foster collaboration with our global teams.
