This is a broad and fast‐paced in‐house position where you'll gain exposure across multiple legal disciplines while working closely with the business. You'll become a key advisor, helping shape commercial decisions and manage legal risk across the EMEA region.

  • Commercial contracting: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of client and supplier contracts (including travel management agreements, supplier arrangements, NDAs, and financing documents).
  • Regulatory advice: Providing guidance on travel law and regulations, including Package Travel Regulations, ATOL, and IATA requirements.
  • Consumer & competition law: Advising on marketing, promotions, and customer‐facing terms, including compliance with consumer protection laws and the CAP Code.
  • Corporate matters: Supporting corporate governance activities, including company secretarial work, intercompany agreements, and filings.
  • Disputes & litigation: Managing disputes, advising stakeholders on risk, and liaising with external counsel where required.
  • Data protection & privacy: Supporting data breach responses and helping mitigate privacy risks through contractual and operational controls.
  • Employment law support: Providing advice on ad hoc employment matters, including TUPE and IP‐related queries.
  • Process improvement: Developing templates, playbooks, and training to improve efficiency and consistency across the legal function.

This role offers high visibility, direct access to decision‐makers, and the opportunity to develop as a commercially focused legal professional.

We're looking for a pragmatic, business‐oriented lawyer who enjoys working in a dynamic in‐house environment.

  • Qualified as a lawyer (England & Wales preferred, but other common law jurisdictions considered).
  • Newly qualified up to around 3 years' post‐qualification experience.
  • Strong experience in commercial contracting (essential), gained in private practice or in‐house.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a fast‐paced setting.
  • A commercial mindset, with the ability to balance legal risk and business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels.

Desirable experience:

  • Exposure to travel law, consumer law, corporate, finance, or competition law.
  • In‐house or secondment experience.
  • Experience within specialist commercial or corporate teams.
