At Corporate Traveller, we’re on a mission to take business travel to the next level. We are anything but ordinary. Part of the corporate division of the Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG), Corporate Traveller is one of FCTG's most successful brands globally. Our mission is to make the end-to-end travel experience faster, simpler, and easier for our customers and to demonstrate ongoing value to decision-makers, travellers, and bookers.

As Senior Marketing Executive, you will be a cornerstone of the UK Brand Team, taking end-to-end ownership of social channels, content creation, case studies, and brand asset management. Working closely with the Head of UK Acquisition Marketing and the wider brand team, you will deliver high-quality marketing output that drives brand awareness, supports lead generation, and strengthens customer engagement across the full funnel.

You will manage and grow Corporate Traveller’s UK social media presence, lead case study creation, brief in content and design work, and support a broad range of ad-hoc marketing tasks. This role sits within a collaborative, fast-paced team that operates across the full customer lifecycle — from Awareness through to Advocacy — and requires someone who is proactive, organised, and passionate about brand storytelling.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage Corporate Traveller’s UK social channels end-to-end, including content planning, creation, scheduling, community management, and performance optimisation.
  • Lead the end-to-end creation of customer case studies and testimonials, from identifying and engaging suitable customers through to writing, designing, and publishing compelling narratives.
  • Write clear, well-structured creative briefs for content and design work across all marketing channels.
  • Support the wider UK Brand Team with a broad range of ad-hoc marketing tasks, including campaign coordination, internal communications, referral programs, collateral updates, and reactive requests.
  • Maintain and manage brand assets, ensuring materials are up-to-date, accessible, and consistently aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Adapt, localise, and create content and marketing materials across channels in collaboration with the global content and marketing teams.
  • Support and increasingly take ownership of reporting and expenditure, campaign tracking, and budget management.
  • Work closely with both internal teams and external third-party agencies ensuring alignment and smooth delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Own and deliver internal communications where relevant.
  • Develop skills in marketing planning, campaign strategy, and performance analysis.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience within the Corporate Traveller brand or broader Flight Centre Travel Group is advantageous.
  • Experience in a marketing role, ideally within B2B, travel, or service-led industries.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to create, adapt, and refine content across multiple channels.
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams within complex, fast-paced or global environments.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, audiences, and content planning.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • High level of adaptability and ability to work in an agile, evolving business environment.
  • Interest in marketing performance, with some exposure to tracking, reporting, or campaign analysis.
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to take ownership and continuously develop skills in marketing planning and strategy.

  • Exclusive Travel Discounts through our in-house travel team.
  • Career Development with clear pathways and resources.
  • Vibrant Culture & Social Perks with exciting social events.
  • Active Hour dedicated each week to focus on your fitness or personal wellness.
  • Comprehensive Health Cash Plan for various medical services.
  • Health & Wellbeing Challenges designed to keep you motivated and healthy.
  • Financial Wellbeing Support including expert financial services.
  • And Much More, including company-matched charitable donations and an excellent pension scheme.
