About the role
We’re looking for a dynamic Campaigns Manager to lead the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across our European markets. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll own end‑to‑end campaign delivery – from planning through to performance analysis – helping drive pipeline growth and position us as a credible leader across the region. Working closely with Marketing Managers, in‑market teams, and Sales/SDR stakeholders, you’ll deliver multi‑channel campaigns that support key growth areas including enterprise, SME, and meetings & events. You’ll also take ownership of Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) programmes across targeted accounts, ensuring a coordinated and data‑driven approach across paid media, email, and outbound activity.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute integrated campaign strategies aligned to regional priorities and global marketing calendars
- Plan, deliver and optimise multi‑channel campaigns end‑to‑end, managing budgets, timelines, and agency partners
- Drive ABM programmes across key European accounts to generate engagement and pipeline growth
- Develop targeted campaign programmes for MNC, SME and M&E audiences, continuously refining based on performance insights
- Partner closely with Sales and SDR teams to support the full funnel, including RFP responses, case studies and sales enablement content
- Establish a strong marketing‑sales rhythm through shared reporting, lead scoring, and aligned targeting
- Collaborate with internal experts and external agencies to create compelling, market‑relevant content
- Own campaign performance reporting, presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
About you
You’re a commercially minded and results‑driven marketing professional who brings both strategic thinking and hands‑on delivery. You have a strong track record of owning end‑to‑end campaigns and turning insights into meaningful business outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience (2+ years) in campaign management, delivering multi‑channel marketing programmes from strategy through to execution and performance analysis
- Strong understanding of paid media, social strategies and Account‑Based Marketing (ABM)
- Experience using marketing analytics and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Google Analytics, Power BI) to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholders
- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders, clearly articulating results, insights and recommendations
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives
- A creative mindset, bringing fresh thinking and innovative ideas to campaign development
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, without compromising quality
- A commercial approach, with the ability to connect marketing activity to revenue and broader business goals
Desirable
- Experience in the corporate travel or B2B travel sector
- Understanding of European market dynamics and trends
- A relevant degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or similar
