We’re looking for a proactive, meticulous, and creatively driven UI Designer who lives and breathes design systems, lives by design tokens, and has experience building scalable digital experiences.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for elevating our UX and UI—applying best practices and data-driven insights to ensure every design decision enhances usability and clarity, whilst delivering a brand experience and aligning to business objectives.

You’ll take ownership of our marketing website, sitting within the marketing brand design team, and play a key role in shaping how our brand comes to life online. Collaborating closely with product designers, you’ll help align visual and experiential consistency across our marketing site and product. You’ll work hand-in-hand with developers ensuring design translates into code.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize our existing design system, keeping it visually consistent and meeting accessibility needs
  • Act as a champion for design quality—pushing for continuous improvement and enhanced user experience to meet objectives, whilst respecting the design system
  • Document clear guidelines and specs so anyone—designer or developer—can jump in easily
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold best-in-class visual and interaction design practices
  • Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI components, adhering to design guidelines and brand consistency
  • Build a partnership with the developer to ensure design translates perfectly into code

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UI/visual design, with a solid grasp of design tokens, component libraries and system thinking
  • A knack for balancing brand and creativity with practical UI/UX needs
  • A systematic mindset, understanding that each component and micro-interaction contributes to a seamless, cohesive user experience
  • UX experience wireframing, prototyping and translating user needs, insights and business goals into clear user journeys
  • Experience with AB testing and an appetite for seeking opportunities to use insights/data for design experiments
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • A track record of collaborating with engineers on UI implementation
  • Familiarity with web performance and accessibility standards
