As an Inside Sales Manager at Corporate Traveller, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and showcasing the value of our market-leading travel solutions. You’ll be responsible for generating new corporate accounts, converting leads into tangible revenue, and ensuring a smooth transition into our operations team.
Your work will be a blend of outreach, relationship-building, and strategic sales activity, including cold calling, networking, client meetings, and presenting our online booking tools. You’ll run your own sales portfolio with full autonomy, supported by a collaborative team and a manager who sets clear performance goals while giving you room to shine.
Day to day, you’ll be:
- Growing Corporate Traveller’s client base through proactive lead generation.
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers across a wide range of industries.
- Converting appointments into profitable, long-term partnerships.
- Representing Corporate Traveller at client meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
- Acting as a role model within the team by consistently achieving targets, KPIs, and sales activity goals.
- Ensuring accurate follow-up, CRM updates, and seamless client handovers into operations.
