Travelport is the brains behind lots of your travel bookings - plane, car or hotel. Our technology is used to book that magical holiday, infamous bachelorette party or long overdue school reunion. While we can’t solve mosquito bites or lost luggage, we can simplify a lot of the technical parts of travel, and we’re looking for the best thinkers to help us do it.
This is a newly created hybrid Senior TA Partner role, with approximately 80% focused on experienced hire recruitment and 20% on emerging talent. It isn’t just about filling roles—it’s about elevating TA to a strategic function with a true seat at the top table. We’re embracing innovation and AI to disrupt traditional approaches, drive efficiency, and enhance every stage of the TA lifecycle. Your role in action:
- Experienced Hiring: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of roles (including Product & Tech, Commercial and Central Functions across multiple locations), plus executive-level positions.
- Early Career Programs: Own and evolve our UK emerging talent strategy.
- Strategic Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing market insights, talent strategies, and consultative guidance.
- Sourcing & Attraction: Develop and execute innovative direct sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging multiple channels and networks. Our agency usage is super-low and we want to maintain that.
- Assessment & Selection: Design and implement robust, structured & consistent assessment processes to ensure high-quality hires.
- Hiring Manager capability: Build hiring capability through training, coaching, and ongoing advisor support to our hiring managers & teams.
- Data-Driven Decision Making & Influence: Utilize recruitment analytics to inform strategies, optimize processes, and influence stakeholders.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate on initiatives (social media campaigns, content creation, and digital engagement) to strengthen our employer brand.
- Innovation & AI: Explore and leverage AI-driven tools and technologies to enhance all areas of the recruitment cycle.

- Proven experience as full-cycle Senior TA Partner recruiting Accounting/Finance/Technology, in a global environment.
- Experience running Emerging Talent programs.
- A passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience, ensuring recruitment processes are clear, structured, and respectful for all stakeholders.
- Strong ability to consult, partner and influence at all levels, including executive leadership.
- A critical thinker who is naturally curious, innovative, and proactive in finding new solutions.
