About the Program:
The Future Commercial Leaders Rotation Program based at our global HQ in Langley, Berkshire is designed to cultivate a pipeline of future commercial leaders by immersing high-potential MBA or Economics graduates in the strategic functions that drive value across our travel technology business. This program is a strategic investment in our leadership pipeline and a catalyst for innovation, transformation, and commercial excellence across the business. From day one, you'll take ownership of real-world projects, contribute to business-critical deliverables, and be accountable for outputs that drive impact across the organization.
This initiative supports our long-term goals to:
- Elevate the quality and readiness of future commercial managers.
- Strengthen succession planning across critical business functions.
- Embed a culture of transformation, customer-centricity, and commercial rigor.
What You’ll Experience:
Format: Four strategic rotations + Capstone Project
Each rotation lasts ~6 months and focuses on delivering measurable impact:
- Strategy & Transformation
Exposure to corporate strategy, M&A, and change initiatives.
Sample Deliverables: Market sizing, competitive analysis, transformation roadmap. - Product & Technology
Collaboration with product managers and tech leads on commercial-product marketing/training materials.
Sample Deliverables: Feature launch analysis, product-market fit assessment. - Delivery & Support
Partnership with Customer Success, Help Desk analytics (improving data/insights), Customer e-Training solutions, and Implementation teams.
Sample Deliverables: Service improvement plan, onboarding redesign, continuous improvement through automated solutions delivery (embedding GenAI into non-value add functions). - Commercial & Finance
Engagement with Sales, Sales Enablement and Finance.
Sample Deliverables: Pricing strategy, revenue leakage analysis, GTM optimization.
Capstone Project
Timing: Final 6 months
Focus: Strategic challenge in travel tech with cross-functional impact
Examples:
Reducing customer churn through integrated delivery and product enhancements
Designing a new commercial model/heatmap for emerging markets
Building a data-driven framework for forecasting and board reporting (leading vs. lagging metrics)
Capstones will be presented to the Executive Leadership Team and may serve as a launchpad into a permanent leadership role.
