Travelport is the brains behind lots of your travel bookings—plane, car, or hotel. Our technology is used to book that magical holiday, infamous bachelorette party or long overdue school reunion. While we can’t solve mosquito bites or lost luggage, we can simplify a lot of the technical parts of travel, and we’re looking for the best thinkers to help us do it.
Travelport’s Hospitality product suite is at the heart of how the world’s travel agencies connect with hotels globally. As Director of Product Management (Hospitality), you’ll own the vision and strategy for our hotel content products—leading multiple product teams, driving supplier integrations, and shaping the roadmap that powers bookings for thousands of agencies worldwide. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll operate at the intersection of product strategy, technology, and commercial growth in one of travel tech’s most dynamic spaces. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, love building products at scale, and want to leave your mark on a platform used by the entire travel industry, this is your opportunity.
Your role in action:
- Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Travelport’s Hospitality product family (hotel content aggregation, supplier connectivity, and distribution), driving measurable commercial outcomes in bookings, attach rates, and content coverage.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering a high-performance, data‑driven culture and acting as the escalation point for cross‑team dependencies and delivery.
- Partner closely with Technology, Commercial, and Supplier Relations teams to define and execute hotel supplier integrations, optimize content quality, and accelerate time‑to‑market for new connectivity and content capabilities.
- Champion a deep understanding of the hospitality distribution ecosystem—including OTAs, hotel chains, aggregators, and channel managers—translating market dynamics and agency needs into differentiated product propositions.
- Track and report on product family performance through KPIs, telemetry, and periodic business reviews, providing leadership with data‑backed insights for investment decisions, capacity planning, and strategic prioritization.
- Identify and drive opportunities to leverage AI and automation across the hospitality product lifecycle—from content enrichment and supplier onboarding to intelligent matching and agency experience—to accelerate delivery and unlock step‑change efficiency gains.
Could this be you?
- Sufficient years of experience in Product Management and in a leadership role managing product teams; experience in travel technology, OTAs, or hospitality distribution platforms is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing product strategy in fast‑paced, high‑growth, or marketplace environments—ideally with exposure to B2B content aggregation, API‑driven platforms, or supplier connectivity.
- Strong analytical mindset with a habit of using data, telemetry, and customer insights to inform decisions; comfortable working with engineering teams and understanding technical trade‑offs.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and geographies in a matrixed, global organization.
- Genuine curiosity about AI/ML and its practical application to product development; experience applying AI to content, search, or marketplace optimization is a strong plus.
