While we can’t solve mosquito bites or lost luggage, we can simplify a lot of the technical parts of travel, and we’re looking for the best thinkers to help us do it.
How you’ll make an impact:
- The Team Lead, Data Insights Analysis provides hands‑on analytical leadership while guiding an early‑career analyst with strong potential.
- This role blends technical depth, people development, and consultative partnership across the People function.
- The leader ensures that the right teams deliver reporting and insights, in the most automated and scalable way, and that data is used effectively to support performance management, recognition, learning, and broader talent initiatives.
- A strong partnership with the Corporate Systems group—who own Oracle and other core HR platforms—is essential.
Your role in action:
- Lead, coach, and develop one early‑career team member, providing structure, clarity, and growth opportunities while ensuring consistent delivery and accountability.
- Serve as a consultative partner to People function teams on Core HR, performance management, recognition, learning, and other talent processes, helping them clarify needs, understand data usage, and anticipate future reporting requirements.
- Partner closely with the Corporate Systems group to align data sources, system changes, and automation opportunities across Oracle and related HR tools.
- Build Power BI dashboards, Reports Visualization and measures from pre-built data models.
- Ensure reports delivered by the appropriate teams and that end users receive insights in the most automated, scalable, and user‑friendly format.
- Maintain data quality, documentation, and consistency across all outputs.
- Prioritize incoming requests and manage team workload.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve data flows, and enhance reporting capabilities across the People function.
Could this be you?
- Experience in HR analytics, people reporting, or a related HR function role with significant exposure to data and reporting.
- Strong understanding of core HR domains including performance management, compensation, learning & development, talent acquisition, and recognition.
- Demonstrated ability to gather, document, and validate business and reporting requirements from non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating or leading user acceptance testing, including writing test cases, managing feedback cycles, and obtaining sign-off.
- Familiarity with enterprise HR platforms (such as Oracle HCM) and strong understanding of HR data structure and maintained within these systems.
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and build visualizations in Microsoft Power BI, create measures using DAX on pre-built datasets.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring, coaching, or leading others.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing competing priorities.
- Ability to understand upstream and downstream data impacts and advocate for data integrity across the People function.
- Familiarity with building Oracle OTBI reports.
- Experience building automated workflows or integrations.
- Knowledge of SQL queries on SQL Server and Reporting data warehouse concepts like star schema and normalizations etc.
