How you’ll make an impact:
We are seeking a Product Manager to play a pivotal role in the evolution of Travelport’s point of sale solutions, which power how customers, and partners access, connect, and scale with Travelport’s content and services. In this role, you will contribute to the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Travelport Smartpoint ensuring customers have the ability to search, book and service all the content they need using a modern platform. You will combine deep product craft, commercial understanding, and technical fluency to drive adoption and deliver measurable value for our customers and for Travelport. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in solving customer problems, delivering value and measuring the outcome. You will be collaborating closely with other product teams, engineering, support teams and commercial and translating requirements into great customer experiences.
Your role in action:
- Collaboratively shape and manage Travelport Smartpoint’s content search, booking, and servicing experiences, from discovery to customer release.
- Provide meaningful contribution to the product strategy and roadmap. Through a good understanding of travel agencies workflows and ecosystems, identify problems and opportunities for smarter travel selling.
- Define, track, and analyze key metrics such as look to book and adoption to inform product iteration and improvement.
- Engage across product, engineering, commercial, and support teams to ensure consistent delivery, clear communication, and measurable impact.
- Professionally represents the product through compelling product demos internally and externally.
- Help to ensure that Travelport’s business goals connect to feature backlog items and align with product strategy.

- Proven experience in developing and delivering products in travel technology, marketplace, or platform environments, contributing to large scale customer facing solutions.
- A data driven mindset, using quantitative and qualitative insights to understand customer behavior, shape product strategy, and inform prioritization.
- Demonstrated ability to elevate customer experience, through collaborating on understanding customer needs and requirements and driving successful adoption of highly used technology solutions.
- Hands on experience of using AI to shape customer value. Whether through workflow improvements, insight generation, automation, or smarter product experiences.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with different stakeholders to translate customer requirements into clear business narratives.
