While we can’t solve mosquito bites or lost luggage, we can simplify a lot of the technical parts of travel, and we’re looking for the best thinkers to help us do it.
We’re hiring right now for a Senior Marketing Specialist – Temporary/Maternity Cover (6/7 months) to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing activity across Customer Marketing. This role is ideal for someone with strong experience developing customer and supplier communications, creating sales enablement assets, supporting event activation, and supporting the overall marketing and commercial goals for our global commercial team. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced B2B environment.
Your role will involve creating and implementing innovative marketing initiatives, analyzing data to measure campaign success, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.
Your role in action:
- Develop and deliver customer lifecycle communications that support engagement, nurture, retention, and growth across different audience segments.
- Create and manage email campaigns, nurture journeys, and audience communications using HubSpot, ensuring best practice in segmentation, targeting, testing, and reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build sales enablement assets, including presentations, one-pagers, customer-facing materials, internal briefing documents, and campaign support content.
- Support the planning and execution of event activations, including pre-event promotion, on-site marketing support, follow-up communications, and post-event content.
- Develop and coordinate social media content aligned to campaign priorities, event moments, customer stories, and broader marketing initiatives.
- Help maintain consistent messaging and strong content quality across all channels and touchpoints.
- Track campaign and content performance, share insights, and make recommendations for improvement based on results.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including sales, marketing, content, design, and regional teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.

- Experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on customer lifecycle communications, campaign execution, and audience engagement.
- Proven experience using HubSpot to build and manage emails, workflows, lists, forms, and campaign reporting.
- Strong background in creating sales enablement content that supports commercial conversations and customer engagement.
- Experience supporting events and campaign activations, including promotional planning and follow-up communications.
- Ability to develop clear, engaging social media content for a professional B2B audience.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects at once and working across different teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages (e.g. Spanish) are highly desirable, particularly to support content localisation and translations across regions.
