Travelport is the brains behind lots of your travel bookings - plane, car or hotel. Our technology is used to book that magical holiday, infamous bachelorette party or long overdue school reunion. While we can’t solve mosquito bites or lost luggage, we can simplify a lot of the technical parts of travel, and we’re looking for the best thinkers to help us do it.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Product Launch Strategy: Work with the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring impactful entry into the market and effective communication of product value propositions. Partner with Product Marketing and our Content and Design team to develop messaging that addresses customer needs and market trends.
- Market Awareness & Perception: Design and execute marketing campaigns to build awareness and improve the perception of new products and content in the market. Collaborate with PR, content, design, and digital marketing teams to maximize reach and engagement.
- Product Adoption & Lifecycle Marketing: Drive the adoption of products across their lifecycle by creating campaigns that engage existing customers, highlight product benefits, and encourage ongoing usage. Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Marketing to ensure alignment between product positioning, messaging, and market needs. Partner Commercial Marketing teams to integrate customer insights into adoption campaigns and tailor strategies for different customer segments.
- Customer and Sales Enablement: Develop marketing assets, and partner with Product Marketing to produce training materials, and sales enablement tools to support the commercial teams and empower them to communicate the value of new products effectively. This includes creating case studies, and demo content.
- Campaign Management: Work closely with the Head of Customer Marketing for the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that leverage multiple channels, including email, webinars, events, content marketing, and digital advertising, to reach target audiences and drive adoption.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze campaign performance and adoption metrics to refine strategies, identify new opportunities for engagement, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Could this be you?
- Experience in similar role
- Product launch expertise, ideally within the technology sector
- Proven track record of launching B2B or B2C technology products or platforms, with demonstrable experience taking products from concept to market and then driving adoption at scale
- Go-to-Market strategy development
- Ability to build GTM plans including positioning, messaging, sales enablement, customer communications, and multi-channel campaign execution
- Cross-functional stakeholder management
- Experience collaborating with product, sales, customer success and regional teams to align priorities and drive co-ordinated execution
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to define success metrics, track adoption KPIs, measure campaign performance and optimise based on insights
- Cross-cultural (regional or global) experience
- Experience working across countries and cultures, ability to balance global and regional needs
- Strong brief-writing skills and ability to distil complex product features into compelling benefits
Preferred
- Customer lifecycle marketing
- Fluency in customer onboarding, adoption programmes, and retention initiatives
- B2B enterprise marketing experience
- Background in complex B2B sales cycles (SaaS, API platforms, or infrastructure) with understanding of buyer journeys and technical audiences
