How you’ll make an impact:
We're looking for an experienced Tax Compliance & Reporting Manager to join our Group Tax team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of global tax compliance and reporting across a multinational organisation while supporting key strategic initiatives including OECD Pillar Two and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
You'll work closely with finance teams and external advisers across multiple jurisdictions, helping to ensure the Group meets its tax compliance obligations while driving process improvements and automation.
Your role in action:
- Prepare quarterly and annual tax reporting under US GAAP (ASC 740), including current and deferred tax provisions, tax journals and FIN 48 analyses.
- Coordinate the Group's Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR) and Public CbCR obligations.
- Manage the Group's OECD Pillar Two compliance using the Orbitax platform, including GloBE calculations and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve tax processes through automation and technology.
- Mentor and support the development of junior members of the tax team.
Could this be you?
- Experience of US GAAP (ASC 740) tax reporting; exposure to tax reporting systems, particularly TRCS, is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to process improvement.
