What does a great HR Advisor do?
Using deep UK employee relations skills and experience, the HR Business Partner will help cultivate a positive work environment by providing consultation and guidance to managers and employees on a broad range of People matters.
Responsibilities include:
- Seen as the SME for UK Employee Relations activities, you will provide expert consultation and guidance to managers and employees on diverse and complex employee related matters including performance management, hybrid-work issues, sickness-related absences, requests for accommodations, employee relations issues, corrective action, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, workplace investigations of misconduct, policy violations, grievances and ingress/egress across the employee life cycle
- Lead and shape HR process efficiencies, identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization, prioritizing compliance and effectively collaborating with stakeholders and/or COE’s
- Provide day-to-day support in HR general questions through the People Services team
- Ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to People Services to ensure employee data is accurate by following appropriate processes for changing or updating employee and payroll related data requirements
- Coordinate workshops for managers in line with legislation
