Travelport is the brains behind lots of your travel bookings - plane, car or hotel. Our technology is used to book that magical holiday, infamous bachelorette party or long overdue school reunion. While we canât solve mosquito bites or lost luggage, we can simplify a lot of the technical parts of travel, and weâre looking for the best thinkers to help us do it.
How youâll make an impact:
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for driving product strategy and delivery across a complex, multiâsided travel technology ecosystem. This role requires strong customer orientation, technical fluency, commercial acumen, and the ability to lead crossâfunctional teams in an Agile environment.
Your role in action:
- Customer & Market Orientation
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs across travel agencies, suppliers, and developers.
- Serve as the internal voice of the customer and validate solutions through customer engagement and feedback loops.
- Balance agency, supplier, and platform needs in a multiâsided marketplace.
- Technical & Platform Fluency (General & Galileo Host)
- Demonstrate strong technical understanding across platform capabilities, including onboarding, authentication, access management, and critical travel industry concepts (NDC, Orders, Ticketing, PNRs, PoS integration).
- Show deep fluency in host-based travel operations and agency servicing workflows.
- Understand operational messaging such as SSR, OSI, and remarks, with an understanding of how data quality affects servicing flows and customer experience.
- Agile Product Leadership & Delivery
- Lead Agile/Lean product delivery models.
- Prioritize roadmaps and backlogs to maximize customer and commercial impact.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering, UX, Data, and Commercial teams.
- Define acceptance criteria and provide featureâlevel product acceptance at delivery.
- Commercial & DataâDriven Decision-Making
- Use analytics and quantitative reasoning to guide prioritization and product strategy.
- Track and report product KPIs (activation, adoption, ROAS, API usage, etc.).
- Ensure product decisions drive revenue, efficiency, and ROI while complying with commercial, security, billing, and regulatory considerations.

- Extensive experience with Jira to structure and manage epics, user stories, dependencies, and Agile workflows across distributed engineering teams.
- High proficiency in Confluence as a documentation and knowledgeâmanagement hub.
- Ability to leverage Jira + Confluence together to translate product strategy into executable delivery plans.
