As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be acting as a trusted partner and subject matter expert, specifically focused on hiring exceptional talent for our Product and Design teams . You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our products by bringing in innovative and user-centric individuals. While your primary focus will be Product and Design, you may occasionally support other key areas like Engineering and Data. You’ll join a collaborative team based across Europe, working together to hit ambitious hiring targets throughout 2025. What You'll Do

  • Hire exceptional Product and Design talent that significantly raises our bar. You'll be owning roles such as Product Managers, Product Designers, UX Researchers, Content Designers, amongst others.
  • Proactively source and engage top-tier Product and Design professionals through direct sourcing, building robust referral networks within the Product and Design communities, and fostering deep, qualified candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to deeply understand the strategic vision, specific needs, and technical requirements of our Product and Design teams. You'll provide strategic guidance on hiring best practices, market insights, and compensation trends for these specialized areas.
  • Boost our Employer Brand within the Product and Design communities by identifying and hosting relevant meet-ups, attending key industry events, and actively contributing to content (blogs, videos, case studies) that showcases our innovative product culture and design ethos.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify process improvements, optimize TA strategies, and share clear, regular updates with stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • An expertise in Product and or Design recruitment – ideally both
  • Strong sourcing skills – knowing what it takes to get great talent in at the top of the pipeline
  • Experience owning end-to-end recruitment processes for Product/Design – a big plus if you have Engineering also
  • A deep understanding of the product + design talent landscape across Europe and ideally across London/Barcelona
  • Comfort with context-switching and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving hiring priorities while maintaining your specialised focus.
  • A growth mindset, continuously using metrics and insights to refine and improve recruitment strategies.

Your TA toolkit: We're currently using Greenhouse, Metaview, LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentWall and Modernloop. Experience with these tools is a plus. How We Work
