Perk is building a strategic Deal Desk function to shape how our Sales organisation prices and closes its most complex deals. You will lead a transformation, personally running point on the highest-value opportunities while growing a team of Deal Desk professionals.
You'll own pricing governance, CPQ tooling, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Product to unblock deals and drive velocity. This role is hybrid and based near our London hubs.
