About the Role: As the Manager, Revenue Strategy & Operations for T & S, you will own & drive critical Strategic Initiatives specifically focused on scaling our unified Travel & Spend (T&S) product. This is not just an operations role; it is a strategic driver role. You will be responsible for defining the "how" behind our aggressive growth targets, operationalizing our GTM strategy, and ensuring our Post Sales organization is equipped to win in a competitive market. You will partner very closely with our Account Management leadership and work cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Enablement to turn high‑level objectives into executable reality.
What You’ll Do:
- Leverage data, commercial acumen and customer understanding to identify, initiate and run commercial initiatives that support our Revenue strategic objectives.
- Do what it takes to build a successful and scalable Travel & Spend post‑sales structure. We’re in our early stages with this product so there is a lot of building & iterating.
- Wear many hats - one day you’ll be focussed on refining the right customer escalation paths with product, another you’ll be defining what the perfect Travel & Spend QBR looks like.
What You Bring:
- Direct Commercial Experience: 5+ years of work experience in GTM roles, ideally in commercial management roles at high‑growth startup environments.
- Strategic & Analytical Mindset: You can break down complex problems into data‑driven strategies and actionable steps. You are comfortable with data analysis and working with reporting tools (Salesforce, Looker) to find insights.
- Bias for Action: You don't just plan; you execute. You enjoy getting your hands dirty to drive tangible outcomes in a fast‑paced, commercial and ambiguous environment.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership: You can effectively partner with and influence stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance without direct authority.
- Communication Skills: You have the ability to simplify complex topics into clear, compelling narratives for sales teams and customers.
Why Join Us?
- Impact: You will be directly responsible for the success of our most important growth lever: the Spend product.
- Growth: Join a company that is redefining an industry and growing rapidly.
- Culture: We hire builders with founder‑like energy who want real ownership.
How We Work: At Perk, we take an IRL‑first approach to work, where our team works together in‑person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work.
Perk is a global company with a diverse customer base, and we want to make sure the people behind our product reflect that. We’re an equal opportunity employer, which means you’re welcome at Perk regardless of how you look, where you’re from, or anything else that makes you, well, you.
Protect Yourself from Recruitment Scams: All official communication from Perk will always come from email addresses ending in @perk.com or @externalperk.com, our verified social media channels, or recruiters listed on our official LinkedIn page. We will never ask you to pay for equipment, training, or fees, request sensitive personal information such as bank details early in the process, or communicate through unofficial apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, or Signal. If you receive a message claiming to be from Perk that seems suspicious, please do not respond. Forward it to security [at] perk .com, and we will confirm whether it is legitimate.
