What you will do:

As a Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Revenue team by gathering, analysing, interpreting and aligning on data to produce actionable insights. Your work will help enhance operational performance and ensure that our team delivers focused insights to our leadership and commercial teams. You’ll create reports, dashboards, and data visualisations that inform the Revenue and wider Perk Leadership Team and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards using our data visualisation tools (Looker) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Enable non-technical stakeholders to use Looker and other data visualisation tools.
  • Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources to provide insights that improve our Revenue/GTM team's performance, including deep-dive analysis on operational KPIs.
  • Own data accuracy and consistency across tools, identifying inconsistencies and partnering with teams like Revenue Operations to resolve them and maintain a single source of truth.
  • Support the Team Lead, Reporting Analytics in preparing performance reviews and business reports for middle and top management, and provide ad-hoc analysis for project and process improvement initiatives.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate data cleaning, report generation, and insight summarisation, freeing up time for deeper analysis.

What You Will Need:

  • Multiple years of experience in a Reporting Analyst or Data Analyst role, preferably in a commercial team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualisation tools (ideally Looker).
  • Familiarity with databases and querying languages (e.g., SQL).
  • High attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfort using AI tools to speed up analysis, documentation, processes and reporting workflows.

This is an initial 6-month FTC position.
