By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we're on a mission to power real work, with real impact. We're trusted by more than 12,000 companies worldwide, including Bolt, GoCardless, and Fabletics, and we're tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem. Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices globally, with headquarters in London and Boston. We combine innovation, control, and simplicity to transform how businesses work and how people feel at work. At Perk, we're driven by our values, like being an owner, delivering a 7-star experience, and working as one team. We value curiosity, purpose, and mindset, not just knowledge, to unlock the power in your potential.
About The Role
Marketing runs best when everyone is working to the same plan. As Marketing Planning, Operations & Admin Manager, you’ll own the planning rhythm, budget administration and team coordination that keep a large Marketing team aligned. You’ll report into Marketing Leadership and be the person the team relies on to know what’s happening, when, and what it costs.
You’ll run the quarterly OKR cadence and the marketing calendar, manage budgets and the PO process, and look after team operations, from onboarding and the Learning & Development programme to offsites and events. You’ll also embed with teams such as Content, Product Marketing or Social Media to set up their operations or support a major launch. Throughout, you’ll use Asana and AI to cut manual work and improve how Marketing teams work together. This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role for someone who gets satisfaction from making a big team run well. Admin or operational experience is essential. Marketing experience is a plus.
What you’ll be doing:
- Marketing team coordination and calendar management;
- Set up and own a marketing calendar for all internal and external milestones, from reporting to campaign milestones and events
- Manage day‑to‑day team admin and support VP Marketing: meeting coordination and bookings, room/resource scheduling, food and catering orders for team events
- Coordinate logistics for offsites and workshops end to end: venue sourcing, catering, travel where needed, run‑of‑day schedule
- Own the onboarding documentation and process
- Own and iterate the Learning & Development programme — scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, gathering feedback
- Use Asana as the operational backbone across the team
- Optimise processes and team operations with AI;
- Partner with AI leads and wider marketing team to identify and prioritise cross‑functional AI tools, skills and agents that reduce manual work across Marketing (briefing, reporting, budget tracking, onboarding)
- Own workflow automation for repeatable operational tasks (PO/invoice tracking, budget reconciliation, status reporting) using AI-assisted tools where they save meaningful time
- Act as the link between Marketing and the AI/upskilling programme: surface where the team is spending time on repetitive work, and bring back relevant tools, prompts or agents
- Support rollout of new AI‑enabled processes — documentation, quick training, troubleshooting first use
- Budget, PO and invoice administration;
- Act as a point of contact between Marketing and Accounting/Procurify for POs and invoices
- Track budgets and support monthly reconciliations across the whole org
- Maintain clear, current budget trackers
- Use AI to optimise this process and remove friction
- Tooling audits;
- Run periodic audits of agencies and tools in use across marketing: what's licensed, what's actually used, overlap and gaps
- Work with Marketing Operations team to recommend consolidation or decommissioning where tools are duplicated or underused
What we look for:
- Comfortable owning team logistics and admin (bookings, catering, calendars) alongside higher‑level operational work
- Strong operational and project management instincts; comfortable bringing structure to ambiguity
- Solid working experience with Asana (or equivalent) for cross‑functional planning and reporting, not just task tracking
- Budget/PO administration experience (any function)
- Confident in AI use to improve workflows and productivity
