About The Role
What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end campaign execution in Marketo, including programme setup, QA, deployment, and reporting.
- Build and optimise automated nurture journeys that move leads through the funnel and accelerate conversion to SQLs and pipeline.
- Manage lead flow and data integrity between Marketo, Salesforce, and other tools in the martech stack.
- Set up and manage webinar programmes, including integrations, automation, and post-event follow-ups.
- Implement and optimise A/B testing, audience segmentation, and personalisation to improve engagement and performance.
- Maintain and evolve lead scoring models to support sales alignment and marketing qualification.
- Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, and sales teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, producing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Support martech evolution, helping evaluate new tools, integrations, and process improvements that scale impact.
What We are Looking For
- 3–5+ years’ experience in marketing operations or campaign management within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Marketo, including campaign builds, automation logic, segmentation, and reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including campaign objects, data flows, and lead management.
- Experience managing webinar or event automation (e.g. Zoom, ON24, GoToWebinar).
- Track record of building and refining nurture and lead scoring frameworks that drive measurable pipeline growth.
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting campaign data to inform decisions.
- Familiar with key martech platforms, including: CRM (Salesforce), ABM / intent platforms (6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks, etc.).
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with Customer.io for lifecycle or customer engagement campaigns.
- Familiarity with data enrichment, attribution, or analytics tools (e.g. Bizible, Looker, Google Analytics).
- Understanding of SaaS funnel metrics, from MQL to ARR, and how to align marketing activity to revenue impact.
