About the Role: We’re looking for a Revenue Enablement Program Manager – Global Programs to architect and execute global enablement strategies that drive measurable business impact across TravelPerk’s revenue organization. You’ll act as a strategic advisor to senior GTM leadership, owning the design, rollout, and sustainment of core enablement methodologies and learning programs. By combining adult learning theory, instructional design expertise, and data‑driven measurement, you’ll help our teams sell smarter, onboard faster, and scale consistently worldwide.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Ownership & Program Leadership: Serve as a strategic advisor to GTM leadership, aligning enablement initiatives with company growth goals and sales strategy. Design and lead the global rollout of core enablement methodologies — from planning and content development to regional adoption and reinforcement. Define and manage a multi‑year enablement roadmap, ensuring scalability, consistency, and measurable results across all revenue teams. Partner with external learning vendors, training providers, and internal SMEs to develop or customize content for our teams.
- Enablement Design & Delivery: Apply adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks (ADDIE, SAM) to create impactful, blended learning programs. Integrate enablement programs seamlessly into onboarding, sales tools, coaching frameworks, and operational rhythms. Drive adoption through creative reinforcement techniques — certifications, simulations, and peer learning.
- Measurement & Business Impact: Define clear success metrics tied to business outcomes (e.g., pipeline growth, win rates, deal size, margin improvement). Track, analyze, and communicate program impact through dashboards and regular stakeholder updates. Continuously optimize initiatives based on performance data and feedback from the field.
- Cross‑Functional Leadership & Global Scale: Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Sales Operations, and People Development to align messaging, tools, and GTM readiness. Lead cross‑functional enablement initiatives, ensuring regional teams have consistent frameworks while allowing for local adaptation. Coach and mentor enablement peers globally; champion a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
What You’ll Bring:
- 6+ years in Revenue/Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, or Program Management in a SaaS or global GTM environment.
- Proven success managing complex global enablement initiatives and driving measurable sales performance improvements.
- Expertise in adult learning and instructional design methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and facilitation skills — including experience partnering with senior or executive leadership.
- Analytical mindset; capable of defining and interpreting metrics to prove ROI.
- Proficiency in enablement tools (Highspot, Mindtickle, Lessonly, WorkRamp) and CRM systems (Salesforce).
- Experience managing external vendors and ensuring program quality at scale.
