  • Luxury Travel Sales Consultant to join our team! Reporting to the

Travel Consultant Manager , you'll partner with affluent travellers to design extraordinary journeys tailored to their unique interests and preferences.

You'll combine consultative selling, relationship building, and destination expertise to create exceptional customer experiences while managing opportunities from inquiry through booking.

In this role, you'll play a key part in driving sales growth by building trust, delivering personalized recommendations, and helping clients bring their travel ambitions to life.

  • Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed bookings through consultative selling and exceptional customer engagement.
  • Confidently manage a high-volume pipeline and maintain momentum across multiple opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales and conversion targets.
  • Build Trusted Relationships
  • Develop strong relationships with prospective guests through video, phone and digital interactions.
  • Understand customer motivations and create personalized travel experiences that inspire action.
  • Generate repeat business and referrals through outstanding service and follow-up.
  • Leverage Technology and AI
  • Use CRM systems and AI-powered tools to manage opportunities, improve productivity and personalize customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within Salesforce, Hub Spot or similar platforms.
