We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner to join the team! Reporting to the CFO in the UK, you\’ll be passionate about using financial data and insights to drive strategic value and operational improvement. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Caribbean team, offering you a rare opportunity to mix high-impact finance work with regular in-person collaboration across some of the world’s most breathtaking locations.

What you\’ll do:
You’ll play a key leadership role in our finance team, managing people, data, and performance. Your work will shape how we operate in the Caribbean, helping Base Managers and senior leaders make better decisions grounded in financial insight.
- Lead and encourage a team of 3 direct and 4 indirect reports (Caribbean and India-based)
- Develop and improve critical metrics to monitor performance across regional bases
- Deliver clear, insightful reporting – from monthly packs to annual budgets and forecasts
- Partner with base managers to review financials, challenge assumptions, and spot opportunities for operational improvements
- Analyse profitability, pricing, and margin data, covering everything from yacht maintenance to resort dining
- Support with justifications for increased investment, and influence financial operations across the region
- Become our go-to “super user” for forecasting systems and tools like Power BI
What you\’ll bring:
- Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) with proven track record working internationally and/or in operational focussed environments
- Commercially minded and business-savvy with the experience of translating numbers into action
- Excellent communicator with strong leadership skills to engage your team and colleagues
- Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, macros, nested formulas); Power BI and SAP exposure a bonus
- Comfortable communicating insights in PowerPoint to senior audiences
- Willing to travel for 3–4 weeks at a time, 3–4 times per year across the Caribbean
