About the role
Our base teams are instrumental in delivering our amazing holidays and are why many of our customers return year on year. Our cleaning team ensures that the interior of our fleet is kept clean and hygienic and plays a vital part in ensuring our customers have an excellent first impression when they board their boat! This is an extremely fast-paced role that requires a dedicated and methodical approach along with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for the interior cleaning & sanitising of our fleet as per our company standards.
- Ensure our customers have an excellent first impression when they board their boat.
- Provisioning the boats with necessary supplies prior to the customer’s departure.
- Supporting in the pre and post-season preparation tasks essential for getting our boats ready for customers and winter maintenance.
- Provide feedback via the relevant channel of any defects or issues noticed onboard our fleet.
- Maintain an organised store room (including for laundry).
