Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and check them into the hotel.
  • Walk the corridors at regular intervals and deal with noise complaints and evictions.
  • Set up the hotel for the next day, preparing housekeeping trolleys, prepping for breakfast service and occasionally serving behind the bar.
  • Participate in regular rewards and recognition activities such as 'FAB Fridays' and 'Housekeeping Heroes'.
