Do you have experience delivering end-user computing (EUC) support in a large organisation? Do you enjoy working as part of a small, collaborative internal team, providing hands-on support and keeping day-to-day EUC services running smoothly? If yes, our IT EUC Support Engineer position might be the right next move for you.

Your Purpose You will work with internal and third-party teams to deliver and support EUC services across hotels, offices, and home-or field-based teams, managing support tickets to ensure issues are prioritised, progressed, and resolved within SLA while meeting customer satisfaction and KPI targets. You will help drive continuous improvement by enhancing Knowledge Base content and identifying 'shift left' opportunities that improve the support experience and maximise the effectiveness of the EUC team. You will also contribute to EUC projects, system rollouts, and ongoing system management, while providing responsive and friendly support to internal customers. As part of the role, you will take part in the daily rota for the Head Office Tech Bar, providing high-quality face-to-face service and excellent customer experience.

Your Strengths You will be a highly motivated, well-organised self-starter with a strong understanding of EUC technologies and a genuine passion for delivering an excellent IT service. You will be a collaborative team player with a strong understanding of ITIL best practice, who is confident in driving continuous improvement and developing a high-performing EUC function. In addition you will be happy to get hands-on when required, take ownership of customer service, and play an active role in delivering improvements that make a real difference to our internal customers.
