Are you ready to challenge the status quo and redefine "Affordable Travel" for millions of guests? Do you have the commercial flair to turn customer insights into a multi-million pound revenue-driving menu? If yes, our Food & Beverage Marketing Manager position might be the right next move for you.

Your Purpose

As our F&B Product Manager, you will be a key player in our centrally based Product and Proposition team. You will not just be responsible for managing our menus; you will be managing a high-volume nationwide food and beverage engine that supports over 230 internal restaurants (Bar Cafes) and up to 600 vend locations delivering snacks and breakfast-to-go. Your mission is to evolve and optimise our existing F&B propositions while developing new opportunities grounded in deep customer insight, ensuring they are operationally viable and brand-aligned to deliver "Affordable Travel for Everyone".

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution & Project Management: Lead tactical projects and support the Senior F&B Product Manager on large-scale strategic shifts, owning everything from KPI setting to final implementation and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Commercial Performance & Finance: Monitor and maximise the revenue and profit of a £70m+ portfolio through menu development, category pricing reviews, and value engineering. Work closely with finance to evaluate the commercial benefit of F&B activities and manage the budget effectively, despite having no direct budget or people management responsibilities.
  • Insight & Innovation: Champion the customer by translating data from surveys like 'Wish', customer panels, TripAdvisor, and competitor trends into actionable product recommendations.
  • Promotional & Pre-stay Planning: Collaborate with Finance and Brand teams to deliver a promotional calendar. Manage pre-stay communications alongside the digital teams to drive guest conversion across our website, eCRM, and digital channels.
  • System Ownership: Experience with our ePOS system Zonal (Aztec, Acquire, Enterprise Stocks, I-order) is essential, as you will own the process of adding suppliers, building products/recipes, menu modelling, and reporting.
  • Stakeholder & Supplier Management: Act as the bridge between Central and Field Operations, IT, PR, H&S, and Training. Manage relationships with strategic external partners including Bidfood, Matthew Clark, Selecta, and Inside the Box to ensure SLAs are met and innovation remains constant.
  • Post-Activity Analysis: Take full responsibility for reporting on performance and providing the "what next" recommendations that shape our future F&B agenda.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Marketing (or a related business field) coupled with substantial experience in brand and proposition development, proven track record within the Head Office functions of hotel groups, restaurant chains, or travel brands.
  • Advanced proficiency with Zonal ePOS systems (specifically Aztec, Acquire, etc.) from a data management and back‑office configuration perspective.
  • The ability to steer the financial health of a brand through rigorous menu engineering, agile pricing model, and gross margin optimisation.
  • A data‑driven mindset capable of deciphering complex market insights into compelling, high‑level business cases for Executive Boards and stakeholders.
  • We are looking for a high‑energy, commercial strategist and self‑starter who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑pressure, corporate environments. You are a multi-disciplinary project lead capable of orchestrating complex marketing workstreams and delivering high‑stakes outputs under tight timelines.

Desirable Requirements

  • A CIM professional certificate and experience within a high-volume value chain proposition.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Up to £60,000 & Annual Bonus
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Car Allowance
  • Hybrid working – a minimum of 60% of your time should be spent in the office, in our hotels and/or visiting suppliers
  • 50% personal discount for hotel bookings and great friends and family discounts too!
  • 25 days holiday +
