Job Description
Come and join our amazing team at Travelodge Birmingham Oldbury as a weekend Reception Team Member on a part-time 16 hour contract. Be part of a fun, energetic, and family feel team with flexible working to suit everyone. No experience required for this role; we can coach and teach you everything you need to know!
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the hotel and assist with check-in.
- Manage cash handling and banking procedures.
- Conduct regular fire & safety walks and support safety procedures.
- Help the wider teams when needed and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
- No experience required; training provided.
- Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
