We are recruiting for an Area Operations Manager within East Anglia (Central Region). The role involves managing the performance of the hotels in the area. The ideal candidate will have completed Aspire 5 (if Internal) and have multi-site management experience, preferably in a leisure or retail background, and be able to influence and manage remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and inspire a team to drive exceptional customer experience and business results.
- Support and motivate Hotel Managers to deliver brand standards and enhance affordability for guests.
- Drive a best-in-class mentality, keeping customers and colleagues at the centre of all business decisions.
- Intake, coordinate and ensure hotels are well maintained and compliant across all sites.
- Drive the Food & Beverage experience within hotels.
- Coach and develop your team to build a robust succession plan.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the business to improve performance and service delivery.
- Perform additional duties as required.
