Job Description
Come and join our amazing team at Travelodge (Add Hotel Name) as a Night Reception Team Member on a Part Time contract. Be part of a fun, energetic, and family-feel team with flexible working to suit everyone. No experience required for this role; we can coach and teach you everything you need to know!
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and checking them in at the hotel.
- Walking the corridors at regular intervals and responding to any issues such as noise complaints.
- Dealing with evictions when necessary and following hotel procedures.
- Setting up the hotel for the next day, including preparing housekeeping trolleys and prepping for breakfast service.
- Serving behind the bar at times, as needed.
Qualifications
- No experience required; training provided
- Strong customer service and communication skills are beneficial
