Responsibilities
Your job will be welcoming guests, checking them in, and walking the corridors at regular intervals. You may need to deal with issues such as noise complaints and evictions. Another main responsibility is setting up the hotel for the next day, including preparing the housekeeping trolleys, prepping for breakfast service, and sometimes serving behind the bar.
