Overview

Responsibilities

• Assist guests checking in and out and provide excellent customer service across all hotel departments as needed.
• Support housekeeping by cleaning and preparing guest rooms to ensure guests have a brilliant stay.
• Work across all departments within the business as required to ensure guest satisfaction.
