Night Reception Team Member on a temporary contract with responsibilities including guest reception, check-in, and ensuring smooth operation of the hotel during night hours.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and checking them into the hotel.
- Walking the corridors at regular intervals and handling situations such as noise complaints and evictions as needed.
- Setting up the hotel for the next day: preparing housekeeping trolleys and prepping for breakfast service.
- Serving behind the bar at times.
