Are you a master of the 'how' as well as the 'what'? Do you have the coaching 'X-ray vision' to spot a performance gap before it becomes a problem? Do you want to impact Hotels across your Region? If yes, our Regional Change Delivery Coach position might be the right next move for you. This role will involve extensive travel around the South of England.

At Travelodge, we are warm, straightforward, and optimistic. We have a massive footprint across the UK, but we’ve kept our small-company feel. We are looking for Regionally aligned Change Delivery Coaches to lead the charge in landing strategic initiatives across our hotels, ensuring our teams don’t just "do" change, but truly embed it into their daily DNA. We want all levels of our Hotel teams to feel excited by the change and have the tools and skills to implement it right first time every time.

As a Regional Change Delivery Coach, you are the bridge between big-picture strategy and front-line excellence. You will work hand-in-hand with Regional Directors, Area Managers, and Hotel Managers to ensure new ways of working are impactful, sustainable, and "feel different" for our hotel teams.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coaching for Success: Using expert coaching techniques to grow behaviours and understand root causes when things aren’t going to plan.
  • Strategic Delivery: Leading the rollout of change initiatives on time and to budget, ensuring they translate into clear, consistent day-to-day behaviours.
  • Risk & Readiness: Identifying implementation gaps and risks early, taking local action, and feeding insights back to the central Change and Field teams.
  • Creating Excellence: Supporting the development of "Hotels of Excellence" where brilliant routines and standards are the baseline.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitoring adoption metrics and using digital tools to simplify processes, ensuring our operating model is always evolving.
  • Stakeholder Management: Acting as a leading voice in reviewing our approach to business change, managing stakeholders effectively to ensure project alignment.

Your Strengths

You are a self-motivated, resilient professional who thrives in live business environments, moving beyond simple project management to truly influence people and transform cultures. You’ll bring a strong background in coaching and business change — ideally within the hospitality or retail sectors — and the operational savvy to translate complex, high-level strategies into practical, front-line actions. With a proven ability to diagnose behavioural gaps in real-time, you use analytical insight and a "can-do" approach to solve problems, lead through collaboration rather than just a job title, and drive results across multiple sites.

To excel at Travelodge, you must embody our core values: caring deeply about people, paying relentless attention to the details that matter to customers, and taking fast ownership of problems to drive performance. We are looking for a coach who is comfortable navigating all levels of seniority, possesses the flexibility for regional travel, and potentially brings experience with continuous improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. Ultimately, you are someone who hits targets at pace while ensuring every change is practiced, sustained, and delivered with a genuine care for its impact on others.

Benefits

  • Salary up to ÂŁ55,000 plus Annual Bonus
  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Hybrid working - a minimum of 60% of your time should be spent in the office and or visiting suppliers
  • 50% personal discount for hotel bookings and great friends and family discounts too!
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with length of service

Why Travelodge?

We’re more than just a Hotel brand; we’re a community where you can truly be yourself and belong. Through our “Better Me” initiative, we prioritise your total wellbeing—emotional, physical, financial, and professional—while actively celebrating the diversity that makes our teams stronger. If you’re a results-driven individual who pays attention to the little things and genuinely cares about people, you’ll fit right in.
