Your Purpose

As Warehouse Manager at Travelodge Hotels, you will support the Stock & Logistics Manager in overseeing warehouse operations and leading a team based in Walsall, covering UK-wide logistics. You will ensure the efficient distribution of supplies, equipment, and maintenance parts to hotels, helping minimise downtime and keep operations running smoothly. You will manage stock control, support inventory systems, assist with budgeting and reporting, and work closely with suppliers and internal teams. You will also ensure health & safety compliance and support sustainability initiatives across warehouse operations.

Your Strengths

You will have experience in logistics or distribution and be confident leading and motivating a team. You will be organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working with stock systems and Excel. In addition, you will be able to interpret data, support reporting and forecasting, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
