If yes, our Account Development Manager position might be the right next move for you.
Your Purpose: As an Account Development Manager at Travelodge, you’ll help businesses maximise their travel spend while growing your own portfolio of accounts. Using our Better Travelodge sales framework, you’ll build strong customer relationships, challenge the status quo, and position Travelodge as the low-cost business travel choice.
You’ll onboard new business customers through phone, email, and video calls, promote the benefits of Business Membership, and ensure customers are fully set up to use their accounts effectively. Alongside this, you’ll grow existing accounts, re-engage lapsed customers, and convert warm prospects into active business account customers to drive revenue growth.
Your Strengths: You will have the ability to develop relationships and have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be comfortable engaging and communicating to develop a productive relationship with them via phone, video calling, email or in person. You will be able to influence and change the behaviour of customers so they spend more with Travelodge. In addition, you will have experience using a CRM system, ideally Salesforce.
Your Perks: Up to £35,000 + £8,750 OTE, contributory pension scheme, hybrid working - a minimum of 60% of your time should be spent in the office and or visiting suppliers, 50% personal discount for hotel bookings and great friends and family discounts too! 25 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
